General Server Rules

  • General Rules

  • Common Sense.

If you're doing something that you obviously shouldn't be doing, don't. If you lack common sense you shouldn't be using the internet.

  • Do not be offensive towards any user.

Being offensive to anyone on our servers is not tolerated.

  • Do not spam text or voice chat.

Flooding text or voice channels is not allowed. Spamming voice chat includes but is not limited to constantly using the mic, playing music or obnoxious sounds.

  • English only when using voice chat.

You can only speak English in voice chat, however, you are free to speak whatever language you like in chat.

  • Have a mature voice when using voice communication.

Due to younger children/teenagers having higher pitched voices, which microphones may change for the worse, we ask that only mature voices are to be used. Exceptions are made on Jailbreak if the user is playing as Warden.

  • No inappropriate content.

This includes sprays, conscientious objector and steam avatars which show inappropriate content. Please refer to common sense to decide whether to use an image or not.

  • No hacking/cheating.

Using third party applications to give you a bonus over other users is pathetic and if you require these applications to assist you then, we suggest you play a simpler game such as Farming Simulator, rather than a game which will require you to actually learn, and have skill.

  • No exploiting.

Exploting glitches in the game to get an advantage over other players is not allowed. If you find a glitch in the game, report it to Valve. If you find a glitch in a map or custom gamemode, report it to the creator of said content and also to us if possible. By reporting it to us we can make a temporary fix.

  • No advertising hacks/cheats.

Advertising hacks/cheats is something we do not allow.

  • Calling out an undercover admin is punishable.

Undercover admins are there to punish people that think they can get away with breaking rules, do NOT expose them.

  • Do not abuse "!calladmin".

Only use calladmin when necessary, we respond to as many as we can but thanks to false calls and spam we will get to actual calls later.

  • Deathrun Rules

  • Do not ghost.

Do not give any information about traps to allow people to get past them with ease, except if it is a freerun.

  • Do not delay the round.

Some maps Do not have Anti-AFK methods, so Do not exploit this and actively participate in the game.

  • Do not fake a freerun.

The Death is not allowed to activate any traps to kill runners when they have given a freerun.

  • Do not suicide as death

Use !drtoggle if you don't want to be picked as death

  • VSH Rules

  • No camping.

Camping is against the rules, it doesn't matter which team you are on.

  • No delaying the rounds.

Do not delay the rounds, this stops people from enjoying the game and ruins the experience for other people.

  • No being friendly.

Being friendly removes the point of the game, and could ruin the fun for everyone else.

  • Deathmatch Rules

  • No spawn camping.

Do not stop the enemies from being able to leave the spawn room.

  • Trade Rules

  • No scamming/sharking allowed.

A scammer is anyone that uses deception, thievery, lies, or anything that is underhanded to take advantage of or steal from another trader.
When you shark somebody, you find a new, guillible TF2 player who has earbuds (or an unusual, or another very valuable item) and tell them that you'd like to have it; you'll even give some weapons for it. The sharker banks on the new player being wanting for that annoying bow and arrow thing enough to part with a bunch of pixels in exchange for it. The player doesn't know better and agrees to the exchange, but the sharker didn't actually lie so it is not scamming. The trading "scene" places the blame then on the gullible player for being, well, gullible and agreeing to a bad trade. Obviously he should've known about steamrep.com and backpack.tf and tf2outpost.com and why the hell buds are worth that much money anyway.

  • Spycrabbing/Gambling

If you are gambling an item worth 1 key or higher, you must use a verified middleman.

  • Staff members can not be a middleman.

Staff members do not take responsibility if you do not use a trusted middleman.

  • Any raffles/spycrabbing, etc.... you host must be free to enter.

If you want to host one of these events and earn a profit from it, do not do it on our servers.

  • Do not beg for items.

If you want items for free, go and enter a giveaway, asking for this irritates people who have worked hard to make a profit.

  • Do not randomly request trades with other players.

If you want to tell people what you are selling, tell the whole server by using the chat.

  • Keep trade binds to once per chat cycle.

Wait until your previous bind disappears, then you can use it again.
