Helping The Server (Like Every Staff Member Says This) and Make cheaters and trollengis go away or come down and stop. even join diffrent servers and check what is Going on or Even response to
Reports didn't even got cased so i can take care of it and check everything i can find and info and i know how sorucemod commands works, no need for tutorial.

Sometimes i focus To much about what my objectives are. I'm doing this to help out the server i like To be on most of the time and i didn't like to see trollengis building teles and cheater just killing me or i killed them and not getting ban or anything just takes time when the Console/VAC detected the cheater.

Your application doesn't suggest your English is as strong as you say. I always give the benefit of the doubt to players though because it's much easier to understand and speak a language than to control it in writing.

Punishment section:

VC/Mic Spamming; Could you extend the punishment length as after a day mute they may still continue with the offence. Add more days, weeks then months. [Note: Most punishment ladders should end in a permanent resolution so that we can set precedent for future cases.]

Chat Spamming; See above. [Note: Spamming in chat will result in a gag , and spamming on mic will result in a mute]

Hacking/Cheating; Yes we permanently ban for this offence, however me must also collect evidence in case they appeal their ban.

Inappropriate content with sprays; We spray ban them which means they can still play however their sprays will not function.

Item begging; we usually do not kick people since they can usual just rejoin.

Advertising Cheats; It should just be a permanent mute/gag.

Other languages except English in VC; Please extend on this punishment and remove the kick.

Toxicity; Please extend on this punishment.

Letting spy's into spawn using teleporters; Please extend on this punishment and remove the kick. Also you have too many warnings.

Undercover admin call out; Please extend on this punishment and remove the kick.
