Why are you applying for admin? Since ive mostly played on cp.tf servers i would apply for admin so that way i can keep the server clean and fun for the usuals that play there with me

List a sample of how you plan to punish players. Be as specific to the game modes you frequent and descriptive as possible . If someone were to chat spam/ bind spam i would mute them for 5mins, if they were to continue i would give them a 1 hour ban.
if someone were to mic spam i would mute for 15mins, of they were to continue, i would ban for 2 hours.
now if a player were to use a pron spray, i would ban for 24hrs without hesitation

Bans under an hour are not used since they are too short.
Porn sprays and similar items are perma spraybanned.
We don't punish by kicking players since they can, they just rejoin the server.
If a player is caught using cheats they will be permanently banned.
