We would just spray ban the user so they would not be able to place the spray anymore.

Spawn Camping:
Having a 30 min ban is quite short most ban should start at the 1 hour mark then increase from there.

Ghosting:
Going straight in to a 12 Hour ban is a bit much, start with an hour and work your way up from there.

Chat/Mic Spam:
I would like to see these as separate ladders.

On a general note:
For each of your punishments, more punishment times is needed so it does jump from a weeks ban to a permanent ban [Spawn camping ...1 Week Ban > Permanent]
For example it should look something like this [Example : X - Warn -> 1 hour ban -> 5 hour ban -> 1 day ban -> 5 days ban -> 1 week ban ->2 week ban -> 4 weeks ban -> Permanent ban]

One warning should be enough for the player especially if they acknowledge your presence.

Why does it jump from a 2 day ban to a 5 week ban then back down to a 1 week ban, then back up to a 4 week ban. Bans should be linear.

Also what is your reasoning for it to start with a 4 hour ban rather than an Hour ban?

We permanently mute/gag the user

One warning should be enough for the player especially if they acknowledge your presence.

Could you also leave a spaces in-between each punishment just to make it easier for me to read.

You can replace the 12 hour ban on your ladders with a days ban.

For punishments that have a " 1 Week Ban > 4 Week Ban " add a 2 or 3 week ban in-between so it just doesn't jump from a week to a month.
