Why are you applying for admin? I want to keep order on servers,because no one likes toxic people,cheaters,bots or spammers,simply it is not fun to play with them.
I think that I am responsible ,ofc I am just human and i can do mistakes like everyone else.
Also I wanna try something new in my life.

Chat Spammer -> warn -> 2 Hour Gag ->1 Day
Toxic behaviour -> warn (if extreme hate speech etc...,instead of warning I would give him 2 hour gag) -> 1 day (if extreme hate speech etc..,instead of warning I would give him 2 weeks) -> perma
Mic Spamming-> warn -> 2 Hour Gag
