I assume this is Deathrun, and as someone who doesn’t play Deathrun enough to know how/if this is cheating, I’ll wait for another staff member to make his way here and resolve this.

One way I would be able to help is if you were to provide a demo instead of a screenshot. Demos are easy to use for recording, and are a reliable source of proof for nearly every single punishment available. Screenshots aren’t going to be an optimal way to report things such as cheating, but demos will.

Although it is shown that he is cheating here, I do not know the full context on whether he left the game or not or if he shortly destroyed it after. If he did it for quite some time, then it would result in a ban but this only tells me that he cheated, but not for how long. Please provide a demo for sufficient evidence as Console stated.

He's clearly using the dispenser to avoid the game on the undertale dr map.
