Why are you applying for admin? I play deathrun almost everyday to have fun but I always see cheaters, especially engineers. When there are no admins to help, I will be there 3pm - 7pm~. I don't want to be too hard on them so it will mostly be a warn.

Now for your list of punishments, I am a bit confused. The word Gag means mute in voice text chat so that they will no be able to communicate via the chat for a given amount of time. So I'm not sure why you would gag for certain punishment such as Suicide as Death and Fake freeruns, since we would just Ban for a given amount of time [Example : Fake freeruns - Warn -> 2nd warn -> 1 hour ban -> 5 hour ban -> 1 day ban -> 5 days ban -> 1 week ban -> 4 weeks ban -> Permanent ban]

For you chat logs, I Don't see any glaring issues except for the use of the word "Fuck" with a 134 entries.

For the punishment ladder:
For certain punishments such as "Chat spam, Voice chat spam" we would rather gag/mute for a longer amount of time rather than banning them out right. [Chat spam, Voice chat spam - Warn -> 2nd warn -> 1 hour gag/mute -> 5 hour gag/mute -> 1 day gag/mute -> 5 days gag/mute -> 1 week gag/mute -> 4 weeks gag/mute-> Permanent gag/mute]. This is also similar for Racial slurs but this offence would have a more strict punishment ladder.

We would prefer to mute/gag, rather than ban people for Chat/VC offences.

I'm also wondering how you will punish people for offences such as:
Spawn camping
NSFW Sprays
Using cheats/Hacks
Call admin abuse
Advertising hacks/cheats
Round Delaying on death run

Hello,

Could you separate the "Chat spam, Voice chat spam" in to their own separate section with correct mute and gags applied.

For NSFW sprays, we usually just check the spray and if it is considered NSFW we will just Permanently spray ban them so they can't use their sprays anymore.

For using Cheats/Hacks, after we know they are 100% it would be a Permanent ban, no warning or temporary ban.

For call admin abuse, replace the gag with ban and it should be okay for now.

For Advertising hacks/cheats, we would just permanently gag or mute the player.

In general maybe add a 2 week ban and a 3 week ban on some ladders so it just doesn't jump from a week to a month.
And try leaving spaces between each punishment ladder to make it a bit easier for me to distinguish whats what.
