Why should we grant your appeal? I didn't try to hack your servers. I just connected to my own server. Please understand.

Additional Info: I tried to RCON to my Server with "rcon_address 31.214.141.246:27015; rcon_password MYPASSWORD; rcon status" -> and i get "Banning 178.192.12.153 (my client) for rcon hacking attempts"

Well, I didn't. That's the thing. I was on your server, connecting to my server. But i spammed the command (bc my server was down) - and your tool detected it.

But the ban was only temporary, so it's fine If it's fine for you.. ;P

I did remove the ban since I saw no evidence of foul play. Please be more careful next time and thanks for the quick response!
