Why are you applying for admin? Because i want to help moderators by kicking/banning naughty players.
List a sample of how you plan to punish players. Be as specific to the game modes you frequent and descriptive as possible . If someone is micspamming is just mute him for some time, and if someone is spawncamping (In duel servers) I kick/ban them depending on how annoying and duration of the spawncamp the person was doing.
