Reviewing it sometime later tonight when I'm on TF2. In the future, you can upload the demo directly on the report form. It seems I had the file limit too low so linking your gofile is perfect and works fine this time.

EDIT: The download is corrupt after 372/1872 kb. If you can fix it, I would appreciate it. I'll leave the report open for a while. If not that's ok too, just record a new demo if you see the player breaking rules on the server again.
