Why are you applying for admin? Though not the best of reasons, the server I play on usually has people being generally really toxic, and I need better people skills on top of that, and I need to be a more productive person with my spare time.
List a sample of how you plan to punish players. Be as specific to the game modes you frequent and descriptive as possible . If someone was doing something along the lines of chat spamming, I would give then a 5 minute chat ban, if they reach an half an hour, then I add them minutes per warning, this continues until around two hours then they get a 24 hour ban from chat, if they come back and Continue, a one day ban from the server itself.
